Exchanges

If you would you like to exchange them in another size or color please send the parcel within 14 days back to us. The return address is Atelier Fryskes, Greate Pierwei 5, 8821 LV Kimswerd, The Netherlands. The items must be returned unworned and in the original packaging. Please send us an email first with all your whishes. (info@fryskes.com) As soon as we receive the parcel we will send you another pair once for free. We will not refund the costs of your return.

Returns

You may return the items and get a full refund, within 14 days from delivery.
Please note that the items must be in the same condition when returning them as they were when you received them. The items must be returned unworned and in the original packaging. Please send us an email you would like to return them and what your reasons are. (info@fryskes.com) The return address is Atelier Fryskes, Greate Pierwei 5, 8821 LV Kimswerd, the Netherlands. We will not refund the costs of your return. We will arrange a refund within 30 days after we received and approved the returned goods.

Within Europe we ship for free. Except the following countries:

Bulgaria 25,50€, Estonia 25,50€, Finland 18,25€, Hungary 19,25€, Ireland 18,25€, Croatia, 19,25€ Latvia 25,50€, Lithuania 25,50€, Poland 19,25€, Portugal 17,50€ (incl. Azores and Madeira), Romania 25,50€, Slovenia 19,25€, Slovakia 16,50€, Czech Republic 16,50€, UK 11,75€, Sweden 19,50€. 

Albania, Andorra, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Canary Islands, Cyprus, Faröe Islands, Gibraltar, Grieece, Greenland, Iceland, Channel Islands, Liechtenstein, Republic of Macedonia, Malta, Moldavia, Montenegro, Norway, Ukraine, San Marino, Servia, Turkey, Vatican City, White Russia, Switzerland. For these countries are the costs of delivery 22,00€.

For all other countries of the word the costs of delivery are 22,00€.
